Profile

I conduct research in nutritional epidemiology, focusing on sustainable dietary patterns and their impact on public health. My PhD investigates the relationship between sustainable diet and mortality. Previously, I have researched nutrition and colorectal cancer as well as support programs for children with type 1 diabetes. I have extensive experience in data management and analysis and have been actively involved in research both in Denmark and at the Karolinska Institute in Stockholm, Sweden.

Research

My research examines the health and environmental consequences and benefits of dietary patterns aimed at reducing the environmental impact of food consumption. Additionally, I investigate how socioeconomic factors influence the transition to a more sustainable diet.
