Profile
As a postdoctoral researcher, I conduct research in the field of cancer genomics and molecular diagnostics. I am particularly interested in the detection of circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) using tumor-informed analysis to identify molecular residual disease, monitor recurrence, and guide treatment decisions in colorectal cancer. My current role includes developing and implementing bioinformatic strategies for identifying clonal mutations suitable for ctDNA monitoring within clinical trials.
