I research the treatment of growth abnormalities in the jaws and skull, with a particular focus on juvenile arthritis, cleft palate, and craniosynostosis. Through clinical projects, my goal is to improve the planning and execution of corrective surgeries. My research contributes to achieving more predictable and stable treatment outcomes.
I teach oral and maxillofacial surgery in the dental program. Through theoretical and practical instruction, my goal is for dental students to acquire the theoretical and clinical skills necessary to practice in both general and public dental care. Additionally, I have contributed to the development of textbooks on oral and maxillofacial surgery and the organization of theoretical teaching.
