Profile

I am a mental health nurse nurse and have experience with various research projects within psychiatry and mental health. I primarily have experience with qualitative research approaches, using methods such as interviews and focus groups. One project was to develop a website with psychoeducation for parents of children with suicidal behavior.

Research

My research areas include mental health and suicide prevention. I am concerned with the user perspective and specialize in qualitative research approaches. I focus on collaborative approaches to developing interventions to support individuals and families in coping with mental health challenges.

Collaborations

In addition to my postdoc position at AU, I am also employed as a postdoc at the Danish Research Institute for Suicide Prevention and collaborate with researchers here. I collaborate with patient organizations, civil society and other relevant stakeholders in my projects.
