Research
In my PhD, I am investigating biomarkers that can predict recurrence and treatment response in patients with kidney cancer. To address the complexity of kidney tumors, we apply a broad multiomic strategy. My work focuses on spatial transcriptomic analysis and nanopore long-read sequencing.
