I investigate the underlying mechanisms of atherosclerosis and related vascular diseases using in vitro cellular assays and mouse models of vascular disease, complemented by functional genomics approaches.
As part of the Bachelor's program in Molecular Medicine, I contribute to the course Molecular Cell Physiology 2, where I teach topics related to the pathophysiology of various cardiovascular conditions, including atherosclerosis, myocardial infarction, and cardiac regeneration.
