Research
I do research in the interaction between light and matter on the ultrasfast timescale of attoseconds. The studies are theretical and involve modelling and numerical simulation.

Teaching activities
I have given lectures in electrodynamics, classical mechanics and quantum mechanics. I currently read a course in Advanced Atomic, Molecular and Optical Physics, and a specialized course in quantum dynamics on ultrasfast time scales, Ultrasfast Science. I am supervisor for BSc, MSc, PhD students and postdocs in projects related to my area of research
Job responsibilities
Professor in theoretical atomic, molecular and optical physics. I am deputy head of department and director of the Center for Scientific Computing Aarhus.
