As a research assistant, I primarily work with exercise as rehabilitation for persons with Multiple Sclerosis. I am interested in both the mechanisms underlying neuro-exercise and the practical aspects – including the daily level of physical activity. I hold a master's degree in Sports Science, with a focus on human physiology, and alongside my work, I am actively engaged as a volunteer in the Danish Corporate Sports Youth Committee
I am currently responsible for leading a project on the effects of resistance training on nerve function in persons with Multiple Sclerosis. This involves recruitment, testing, and training of participants, as well as article writing.
