Head of Education Jeppe Norskov Stokholm views this year’s intake very positively and is particularly pleased that so many students have secured a place in their top-priority programs.

“We at Health are very pleased that once again this year, we have full enrollment in all our programs and can offer a study place to so many talented and dedicated young people who wish to study with us. More than 95% have been admitted to their most preferred program, which provides an excellent foundation for a good student life with strong results,” says Jeppe Norskov Stokholm.

The programs in Dentistry, Medicine, and Dental Hygiene are all listed among the programs with the highest admission requirements at Aarhus University, ranking 2nd, 6th, and 8th respectively.

In total, 7,612 applicants have been offered a study place at Aarhus University, which is more than ever before. The increase is primarily due to new programs in Viborg and increased enrollment in English-taught bachelor’s programs, general business administration, and a range of STEM programs (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics).

At Health, there has been a slight decrease in the number of applicants offered a study place compared to 2023, which according to Jeppe Stokholm is not of significant concern, as all programs still have full enrollment.
