Agro Food Park in Aarhus is Denmark’s leading hub for food and agriculture innovation, bringing together companies, researchers, and start-ups to shape sustainable solutions for the future of food.

The programme will include:

• A short introduction to Agro Food Park by Community Manager Søren Madsen (Agro Food Park)
• Cultivated meat from a food perspective, including nutritional aspects by Prof. Jette F. Young, Aarhus University — CellFood hub
• The KlimÆpro project, including nutritional aspects by Special Consultant Eva Bräuner Sørensen, SEGES Innovation
• The good, the bad, and the ugly – the impact of microorganisms on food quality & health by Owner/CEO Dieter Elsser-Gravesen, ISI Food Protection
