Research
The clinical and research focus of Katja von Hoff is on paediatric brain tumours, in particular rare embryonal and sarcomatous tumours of the CNS. The lack of prospective clinical data and treatment standards for these newly recognised and often poor prognostic tumours creates a high medical need to gain further knowledge to improve treatment. Given the rarity of these diseases, she is working on interdisciplinary and multi-centre collaborations to gain further insights and clinically applicable knowledge.
