Each semester the Faculty of Health welcomes more than 40 international exchange students from our many partner universities. The majority of our visiting exchange students enroll in our international semester in Medicine, but we also accept students for our dental programmes as well as our summer university courses.
Exchange students are all students enrolled at universities with which the Faculty of Health have exchange agreements. Before you can apply you need to be nominated by your home university.
At faculty level, our agreements are programme-specific. Exchange agreements include:
The Dental Hygienist Programme is only open to students from partner universities. Students must apply through their home universities.
The faculty does not offer clinical rotations, internships or postgraduate clinical training.

All courses are taught in Danish, but English is spoken in the clinics.

The faculty offers a fully English-taught semester in Gynacology-Obstetrics and Pediatrics (30 ECTS).

Due to limitations in the clinics, we can only accept 30 students pr. semester on the international semester Gynacology-Obstetrics and Pediatrics. In the case where we are not able to accept all nominated students, we will give priority to nominated students from partners to whom we are sending students.
Students from partner universities who speak Danish can apply for a semester exchange at one of our Danish-taught semesters.
