As a post-doctoral researcher, I conduct research on tumour imaging using spectral microCT. In my work, I primarily do software development for automating data acquisition, data analysis and system integration. This is intended to enable finding the tumour-normal tissue boundary using fast spectral microCT imaging and the pipeline I am making. My PhD was in the Detector R&D at Nikhef, Amsterdam.

Samarbejder
I work with Danny Mortensen and Trine Tramm at the Pathology Department of Aarhus University Hospital. We collaborate on our tumour-normal tissue imaging project, where we expect to process hundreds of patients' samples.
