I'm a medical doctor and a postdoctoral researcher studying lung cancer. I study how blood samples (ctDNA) can help track and guide treatment in patients with advanced ALK-positive lung cancer. I investigate biomarkers associated with treatment outcomes and mechanisms of molecular resistance. Additionally, I work in the clinic, treating patients with lung cancer.
I am conducting research on lung cancer with a particular focus on ALK-positive NSCLC and ctDNA. Using liquid biopsies, I aim to improve monitoring and identify treatment resistance. My research aims to provide a deeper molecular understanding of ALK and, hopefully, help optimize treatment trajectories in a more personalized way.
My primary research focus is ALK-positive lung cancer, particularly ctDNA and blood-based biomarkers. I study markers associated with treatment outcomes and explore molecular resistance mechanisms. Additionally, I contribute to research on other oncogene targets and biomarkers in lung cancer.
